DATA ANALYSIS AND PROBABILITY is a common core content. Common core content means it touches K-12 students.

The State expected 7th grade student to have early exposure to the concept of probability such as determining conditional probabilities(experimental) in compound probability experiments. Student must learn how to compute compound probability. This is an appropriate challenging question to 7th grader because this is a new concept to learn. They are now learning new instruction on how to compute compound or joint probability or likelihood.

The concept of probability or likelihood is very important skill to acquire. More high paying jobs requires training and experience probabilistic analysis. High paying job such as data scientist, data engineer, data analyst, machine learning and A.I specialist are high demand and they all have a good training in probability and statistics.
